I was so hyped about these cookies and I ordered the cookies and the first time the driver didn’t deliver the cookies the second time I’m still waiting on the cookies. I’ve waited over three hours for these cookies so I give this company a one star for it. It’s terrible Customer Service. Their cookies are always so warm and fresh and their ice cream it so die for! Be careful when ordering delivery because 3rd parties aren’t always following directions but their customers service is incredible and will help you even if an issue arises! They’re my go to for late night sweet treats!

Ordered from Uber Eats. Said it was to be delivered at 7pm: sat on my porch until 745 when I then got a notification that it had been delivered. Never got product. Contacted UberEats and they said because I asked for it to be dropped at my door step and not handed to me they couldn’t do anything about it. Never got my order and won’t get refunded. Won’t ever order again.
