Absolutely love this location. It’s clean, The items are always so fresh, and staff are very friendly. Lilly in particular is always sooo kind and helpful when I want to try new cookies or ice cream! This is why I keep coming back!
Ordered through the insomnia app and did not receive two drinks (which, at insomnia, is approximately the price of a box of cookies). Very common with deliveries so I just called them hoping to clear it up. They offered me a refund and proceeded to have me wait on the phone for 20 minutes while they figured it out. Came here for dessert after dinner. It was incredibly quick, the cookies were warm and the taste and texture was good. Will definitely be back.
