I had my first experience with Insomnia Cookies, and it was incredibly disappointing. Not only did they forget my ice cream twice, but the first order they sent me was completely wrong—it wasn’t even mine! I had to call and wait for them to fix it, which was really frustrating. It was definitely not the smooth, sweet experience I was hoping for. Based on this, I’m unsure if I’ll be ordering from them again anytime soon Ps Yall suck
