Insomnias cookies are so good, warm and soft every time!
Terrible experience. Cashier did not greet us, extremely unfriendly. And shorted us, shouldve had 2 scoops but gave us 1. Do not go here if you want friendly, reasonable service. You won't find it.
me and my friend wanted to get a late night treat, but instead we got terrible service by the rudest employee i’ve ever met, not even being dramatic. she wasn’t at the front counter and had to wait for her, she did not greet us except for a “what do you want?”, and gave us the nastiest mean mug i’ve ever seen 😭😭 she also shorted us on our ice cream (1 scoop instead of 2) and slammed it down on the counter in front of us with not so much as a “goodnight” or anything. i just wanted a treat, hold the attitude next time 😀
I love insomnia cookie, every time I go in my cookies stay soft all day. When I went in there last night 8/27/25 @9ish I got my usual cookies and when I arrived home, all of them were hard as a rock except for the chocolate chip cookies. The two younger ones that worked last night, one of them his eyes were bloodshot red like he was under the influence(high as a kite), and I was very disappointed that my cookies were hard as a brick. That never happened to me my cookies literally stay soft so they gave me old cookies or over... read more
