Gourmet cookies? These are not. That's not what they even pretend to be doing. These are solid cookies, served warm, often by chill employees - exactly what you want at the time of night you are going there.
Good cookies, delicious but a bit heavy
Insomnia makes pretty good, fresh cookies, however I'm not sure if it's just me but they've become way too sweet. Also the cookies seem to have shrunk and prices are way too high... You'd be better off baking some fresh cookies yourself! I tried one of the new red velvet Supergirl cookies, and it was just a gimmick with barely any filling and a very faint flavor of red velvet with cream cheese frosting.
We were able to get our cookies quick and they were delicious. However, we have ordered delivery from this location before and it did take an extra long time for the cookies to get to us.
I'm not sure who the bigger gentleman is with a beard and hat, but honestly, he had the worst attitude for no reason. From the moment I walked in, he was rude, dismissive, and acted like he didn’t want to be there or deal with customers at all. Completely unnecessary.
