I was in town for a softball game, stopped by Insomnia but didn't realize they weren't open yet. Am employees opened the door and let me know I can order online for a delivery that afternoon. Very helpful! I placed my order online for a 430 delivery at the MSU softball field on Ellis. The cookies arrived exactly at 430 with great communication about the arrival time and from the delivery driver. I was able to get the team the cookies just as their bus was leaving for SD. This location was terrible. The person who sold the cookies at front acted as though I was an annoyance for coming into the shop. Then when I ordered, that person got the cookies from under the counter. The cookies were warmed, but hard and burnt as though they had been in there for a long time. The coolies did not taste warm and gooey as one would think they should. But burnt and crisp and warmed. Terrible! If this was my first experience I would never go to another anywhere.
