December 16, 2025 I ordered Insomnia Cookies through DoorDash late tonight. Unfortunately, my order was incomplete. I ordered Ice Cream on a Brownie, but only received the brownie and a cookie- the ice cream was completely missing. For a dessert place, missing the main component of an item is disappointing, especially for a late-night order. The food I did receive was fine, but the experience was frustrating and not what I paid for.
Placed an order at 12.21 am and it never came. Store was supposed to be open till 1 am even tho it says 3 am on google. Tried calling them and nobody replied. Went there myself and the store was already closed. I hope they’ll refund me the money
I love insomnia cookies. Would describe them as medium rare cookies. They were gooey on the inside but on the edges they are more chewey. I love them
