Placed my order strictly through the insomnia app at 10:30ish it is now 11:51 and my order still has not got delivered time updated for estimated delivery 12:20am which is almost 2 hours later……I called the location and the lady stated it’s up to DoorDash…..I did not use DoorDash I used your app which has 0 communication about delivery going through DoorDash.
Very friendly location. Staff is nice. Location is clean. Favorite place to go to.
Cookies taste overly processed and too sweet, won’t be back, I’d rather support a local business.
A total waste of money. If you have the late night munchies, just go to sleep rather than ordering here. Cookies weren’t even fully baked. Absolutely gross.
Dude working did a cookie flip, missed the catch, then gave us that cookie for free. Will be back for the shenanigans… and late night snackies. Give that cookie flippa a raise!
