Ordered tonight direct on their app. Never left the store and did not deliver when the app said it would. Called the store and was told they were waiting for a third party to deliver. I said I ordered direct and was told that’s how it works. No apology very rude. I said I’m not waiting all night and cancel my order. He said alright I will and hung up on me.
Stingy as hell with sampling ice cream. Apparently only allow one. How do you even find the ice cream that you like with one sample? Tasted one. Tasted bad. But no more samples allowed so I guess no business…
