Stingy as hell with sampling ice cream. Apparently only allow one. How do you even find the ice cream that you like with one sample? Tasted one. Tasted bad. But no more samples allowed so I guess no business…

Customer service here is amazing, delivery people are kind, I experienced a small issue and they called me the next day and went above and beyond to rectify it. New favorite Insomnia location :)
