Me and my boyfriend walked in on May 8th at about 8 pm, and waited 10 minutes at the counter, the employee walked past us multiple times packing delivery orders and blatantly ignored us. I tried to say hello, but they ignored us again. After another 5 minutes, and truly thinking we must’ve come in before they opened or something to warrant this behavior the employee came back, passive aggressively said sorry for the wait and took our orders. Will not be back. Terrible customer service.
loved the place but past few pick up and delivery orders i’ve gotten have been wrong/missing items. treats too high to be playing games like this i shouldn’t have to be there watching the worker to make sure it’s done right. thx for service though

Guy working tonight rude had a bad attitude 812 pm Sunday night just saying u hate your job don't work here won't be back forsure
to start the guy working was insanely rude which after reading other reviews is a trend of his. on top of that the cookies were so hard not soft at all very disappointing
