Ordered delivery to the hospital and it was sent to the wrong location and the staff made sure to get the correct order to me! Very helpful and kind!
Our order didn’t show up then when we rang to ask they didn’t apologise once and just said they’ll send it again, an hour goes by and the order still hasn’t shown up so we call them again and again they didn’t apologise just said well it should have. Very disappointed didn’t get a refund or any food will not be ordering again very bad customer service and couldn’t tell you what the food tastes like unfortunately :(
I ordered some cookies from here 8/17/2026 online and went to pick them up I called to make sure they were fresh and the young lady told me when I got their that they just came out the oven but they came out the oven burnt I tried to call the next day for a fresh batch or my money back no one answered I called a few times with no answer
Fresh warm cookies were a great after dinner snack
