Cookies over cooked
I ❤️ that the Cookies are warm and fresh straight out of oven. Staff are friendly and helpful
I ordered a dozen cookies, four different types of cookies. The M&M cookie seemed undercooked and old, as did the snicker doodle. These cookies were not even warm. I live 7 minutes away from the University Circle location and it's like the barely done cookies didn't stay warm. At least the driver didn't leave them on the ground. If I buy again it won't be at this location. For the price of the cookies it should be gourmet fresh and warm delicious. Not old, stale and warm.
