Kenmore Location-Horrible Customer Service. We were excited to go there to purchase cookies for my son's birthday. We entered the store; could hear people speaking in the back, but we were not greeted. This was our first time in an Insomnia Cookie Store. Ordered on 22nd August, 2026 ( at 9pm), I wish I could give 0 stars to this branch of Insomnia cookies. I ordered cookie cake, 1 pint of Dreamweaver and also one chocolate chip cookie. The only item I received right was the cookie. ( oh they actually gave me a free extra cookie which I didn’t ask for!), Cookie cake was missing and also I received one small scoop of dreamweaver icecream instead of 1 pint.
