Had the WORST experience with Insomnia Cookies — absolutely unbelievable. My daughter had just come home from surgery and her aunt sent cookies to surprise her. Instead, we arrived to find the box ripped open and destroyed by squirrels. I called right away expecting an apology and a simple replacement. What I got was indifference. No apology.
