They are too cheap with the amount of ice cream they give you
Showed up to pick up an order earlier this evening and it hadn't even been started yet. Not just that the cookies weren't boxed, they hadn't even made it to the oven yet and were 30 minutes out from being ready to go. I had to unassign the order which basically ended up costing me an hours pay. While I was there another girl waiting at the register ran out of patience and left without even getting to place an order. The worst ever customer service experience. Placed an order through uber eats which was delayed by over an hour as the bakery did not have packaging materials for the order. I called the bakery to get an insight into why my order was delayed and all I got was an extremely rude and callous response from the manager saying they can’t care about each order’s delay or make customers aware. All I expected was a little consideration for folks who are purchasing from their business. Definitely not ordering from them again.
