Do not order from here. If you have your order delivered to the wrong address, the store does not refund your money or send out the order. Not sure how the driver got 2738 out of 606 but he did.
Not worth it... $3.00 for a small cookie that is nothing special... Brownie tasted weird. Staff were somewhat friendly but didn't seem to care about anything. We sampled each of the cookies hoping to find redemption but ended up tossing them... Super unimpressed...
The cookies are great the price is crazy and poor service seems to be endemic to this establishment.
Cookie was great, came close to closing time so the staff seemed exhausted but still managed a smile when I thanked them! I got the snickerdoodle and it was DELISH!!!
Extremely Rude Costumer Service!! We saw an online promotion for Insomnia Cookies, so we visited the store on 3/6/2025 at 4 PM to ask about it. My friend politely inquired if the offer was available, and the cashier (with long false lashes) vaguely said it was an “online thing” without clear instructions. When my friend asked if we needed to order online to redeem it, she finally clarified that it was a rewards program.
