Not sure what happened, but not the same service from my last visit. Oatmeal Raisin Cookie was hard and second time now I have to wait < 5 minutes for staff to come out of the bathroom.
Cookies are always fresh when I order ahead, pretty consistent and the cookies are good for sure.
The red headed employee is a liberal myth. Five stars.
