Micheal was very sweet and the cookies are delicious!
The taste was good, but none of our cookies looked as good as the pictures. I ordered the Deluxe Peanut Butter Cup. My cookie didn't have a single peanut butter cup or even a crumb of chocolate. When I said, "This cookie doesn't look much like the picture", the worker said, Oh, all of the peanut butter cups come off when we take it in and out of the oven. Got 6 classic cookies pretty fast but they tasted terrible, haven’t had a bad chocolate chunk cookie from Insomnia until today.
The cookies are great when they're fresh, some of the employees can be a little unacceptable and it's horribly mismanaged. Don't work here.
