Took almost an hour to get our order, which wasn't a big one either. The employees were helpful and polite though. Just that the store was very understaffed. For what they charge, they should be able to have more employees.

Cookies were delicious, but the place itself could use an update. Located in the basement of the building with its own exterior door, and no bathrooms even for customers, fyi.
