I walked in this morning and, instead of being greeted, I was immediately yelled at that the store didn’t open until 11:00. The sign on the door is transparent and simply says “OPEN,” and the door itself was unlocked. From a customer’s perspective, there was no way to know you weren’t open yet. When I politely explained that I assumed the store was open because the door was unlocked, I was told it had been left open for vendors. Addicting cookies
Bought a 6 pack & they gave me half of a cookie for full price. I normally wouldn’t care but they’re like $4 a cookie so I asked to swap it out but they manager refused
the place with the worse customer service i ever see in my lifee, there was a young lady with red hair she was working like if she was obligate like if u dont want to work just go home. Also, she literally slide the ice cream on the counter rude and no nice at all. Im not coming back to this place.
Cookies at 2am. So good. I just love fishing.
