I wish I could give this place zero stars, but unfortunately that’s not an option. I’ve attached a photo of my confetti cookie and two scoops of ice cream so you can see exactly what I received. I was genuinely excited to try this place after hearing so many good things, but the experience was extremely disappointing. Me and my wife and friend went to try it out on 1-20-26 at around 8:50pm and the guy working was totally unprofessional. I didn’t even want to give it one star. He was very rude like he didn’t even want to help us after 20 min waiting for him we ask a few question and he didn’t even bother to try to tell us anything then after we ordered and everything did he tell us he can’t except cash and I was like you should have said that like 30 min ago but I used my card but I won’t return if the same guys there it’s like he hates hi... read more
Received my order for 2 scoops each and looks like 1 scoop on one and the other one was tampered with
Cookies are great at this location, but the website doesnt update when they're out of something. Drove all the way there and would've had to wait another 20 minutes to get what I was expecting.
I had insomnia and wanted a cookie. Online it said open, drove all the way here just to leave with insomnia….no cookie. Disappointing.
