Ashley is very professional and knows the menu through and through, making it easy to ask questions and not feel silly for asking!
Delivery time was a joke. Don’t offer delivery service if you don’t have a delivery driver. Waited almost 2 hours for the order. No way to cancel; website had a button to cancel order and did not work. Called to cancel, no one answered the phone. Cookies were meh.
My experience was a really good one, Mateo helped me in more ways then one and his attitude was super nice and welcoming.highly recommend visiting insomnia the cookies are amazing!
