Worst experience I’ve ever had, I got an ice cream sandwich and it was like $15 for 2 cookies and only one small scoop of ice cream that they charged me 3 flavors for it even though I only got one scoop of vanilla. The cookies also were not good. They also for some reason heated the cookies so it melted all of the ice cream so it didn’t stay together and melted all off this little paper plate they put it on. Ashley is very professional and knows the menu through and through, making it easy to ask questions and not feel silly for asking!
Delivery time was a joke. Don’t offer delivery service if you don’t have a delivery driver. Waited almost 2 hours for the order. No way to cancel; website had a button to cancel order and did not work. Called to cancel, no one answered the phone. Cookies were meh.
