We loved our cookies! We loved the staff from the night shut. Day shift needed a bit of a boost. They do not allow public bathroom access. Which wa a problematic for the kids.
missing food, food is cold and when calling the store to inform them of my missing cookie they ignored my call, unprofessional and unacceptable
Ordered on the website and they messed up my order, when I called to try and get refund/pickup the remainder of my order, nobody answered the phone. Very unprofessional, if I could give 0 stars I would.
