I walked in 2 people were in the front. No one even acknowledged that I was there. So I took that as a sign that I didn't need cookies.
Ordered through doordash. Although a substitution was requested by the store shortly after ordering. Upon inquiring about the long wait 45 minutes after the order was placed and 25 minutes after a substitution was requested with no updated eta the response was simply. "It's busy!"
