Whoever is manager there this Sunday evening is amazing 😊🙏 Had an item missing in the delivery order. Called in and she immediately sent out their own staff with the missing item plus threw in couple more cookies in there! I felt bad for the inconvenience we caused their staff but nonetheless appreciate their excellent service. We love Insomnia Cookies!
A friend sent me a six-pack of cookies and had them delivered to my house! I was having a bad day and she knew this would make it better! The cookies were still warm when they arrived and they are so delicious! The delivery driver was so kind! IT WAS A TORRENTIAL DOWNPOUR AND HE DELIVERED ANYWAY!!! I will be checking them out in person soon!
There cookies might have been the most incredible tasting pastery I have tried. The lady that served us had impecable and quick service. I will definetly come again!
