so i love insomnia cookies but they got my order wrong the first time i went to this location. i asked for oatmeal raisin and received sugar cookies.. don’t know how that happened. second time i went here they couldn’t take cash because they closed the register before closing the store and told me they could only accept card payments. but DALLAS location is WAY BETTER. won’t be returning to this location again even if it’s closer for my convenience.. do better arlington
SO FREAKING GOOD COOKIES. They are so good since i really love my cookies. But the price is not that great. I mean there is a good reason why they cost so much. It was around 15-20 idk but we ordered 3 things, it was worth it. Greatest cookies on earth. Would buy from this place again.
I ordered my cookies at 1pm for pick up at 4pm. I did this so the cookies would (ideally/hopefully) be picked up FRESH. when I went to pick up my cookies, the box was so greasy it was soggy and falling apart, clearly the cookies were probably packaged HOURS ago when I made the order, not for my pick up time. The cookies weren’t fresh or warm and didn’t taste good. This was my very first time trying insomnia cookies, and I’ll be sticking to Tiffs Treats from now on.
