I was in downtown Arlington, for the Lightup Arlington festival on 7/3 and made my first visit to Insomnia Cookies. First, thank you for having vegan options, the sugar and chocolate chunk cookies were delicious! Also, much KUDOS to the awesome, young lady working there (wish I'd gotten her name). She was the only person working and had a consistently long line. She handled the situation with professionalism and kindness!
