The guy that works there is not interested in selling. Gets upset if we take 1 min to decide what we want. They should hire motivated people. The cookies are great.

My wife and I were very excited to visit Insomnia Cookies because of several recommendations from friends. When we walked in on September 23rd around 8 pm, the first thing we noticed was that the employee (the man with a long hair ) didn’t even greet us when we said good evening. Cookies are okay at best. I've been in a couple times now. Last time I went in it was late. I told the boy at the counter I needed a minute to decide so he went to the back and disappeared for over 15 minutes, not even exaggerating. I peeked in the back to see him and his coworker watching TV on a phone and I had to call out multiple times to get them to help me.
