We ordered cookies for delivery through their website. Insomnia Cookies elected to use a door dash for the delivery service and the food never arrived. Insomnia refused a refund or even help me with the process, because they said even though Insomnia pushed the delivery to Door Dash "the order was completed" and that it was "my problem to take up with Door Dash." Cookies are good. They were out of ice cream at 10pm when open until 1am. Definitely lacks hospitality and had horrible customer service.
Great service but the cookie was soooooo small, I went to insomnia cookies specifically for the vegan options and it was disappointing, just save your money
