The most horrible customer service experience ever. The cashier Saw my husband come in and immediately went to hide in the kitchen only to come back a few minutes later and greet him with a “what do you want”. Placed out to go order which is normally packaged in a box w the ice cream on the side… we received the sandwiches pre made on a paper plate. Tried to clarify that this was a Togo order and the guy just said yea that’s how we serve it.. it’s not. This is how it arrived. 0/10
Di'Aundre was a great employee. Hes holding down the whole store, and taking care of everybody filling the lobby. I enjoyed my vegan cookies, and this man deserves a raise!
Went too get order and Lady informed me 10 more minutes didnt know cookies base so long and another employee sitting on counter with feet up gross
Trying this place because my wife wanted sweets. Place an order online at 10:03 pm, the online tracker shows 10:30 as pick up time. Showed up at 10:35. Was told to wait an other 20 to 25 minutes. Waited the 25 minutes. Ask for an update, they told me 10 more minutes. Ordering online to avoid the wait time, ended up waiting 40 minutes for 6 cookies. Not the best experience
