Super pésimo servicio! 08/28/2026 la persona que está en el turno de las 9:56 pm nos perdió completamente ya que le explicamos nuestro pedido y después de decirle todo nos hizo volver a repetirlo en una forma muy grosera y discriminativa. Nunca volvemos a este tipo de lugares con personal arrogante y con pésimo servicio al cliente. Ni se den la vuelta tienen pésima actitud
Very disappointing experience because of one employee, Catherine H. I’ve been a frequent customer and usually have great experiences, but her attitude and lack of customer service were unacceptable. She was rude, dismissive, and made the entire interaction unpleasant. Unfortunately, one employee can really impact the customer experience. I hope management addresses this because she is clearly not suited for a customer-facing position.
I do not make it a habit of leaving reviews but I just have to. Want to clarify that this review is not about an employee, the products nor their customer service. This is regarding the horrible way they treat their employees. This is my 2nd time going to the store in a matter of weeks and the a/c isn't working. Do not know if they never bothered to fix it or it continually breaks down. It is insanely hot inside, the young lady working in the front looked like she's dying.
