These cookies are absolutely delicious. Ashley was so helpful for our first time and we will definitely be back.
Usually love this place but today we drive from center to nacogdoches to get cookies and we get there the redheaded guy is playing on his phone. We try to order and every cookie we ask for he said would take 18 minutes. It’s Mother’s Day, they should have fresh hot cookies ready to go. Instead I get cookies I really didn’t want and they taste old not fresh. Very disappointed.. Do better..
I'm only giving this a two because the brownie was delicious. We pulled up to Insomnia Cookies to try something new and support a small business. It looked closed, and no employees to be seen. After checking, an employee came out. She was not happy and not willing to help much. Based on the look and her attitude, I was ready to leave, but the rest of my party really wanted to try the ice cream. Things to note, you cannot get one scoop of ice cream or a kids size cup.
