This location is always so courteous and ready to greet everyone with a smile and no matter the length of the line I feel I am never kept waiting too long and the cookies are always gooey and hot.
This location was horrible. Wait time is ridiculous. Not enough staff working. Seems like they are cooking the cookies by order. got home and my cookies were rock hard. Warmed them up and they were bricks! They gottah do better. $10 down the drain. I wish I could add a video up here.
I'll try to feel the cookies and there are good I like the cookie sandwich that's with ice cream in the middle of two large cookies of your choosing
