I came in last night with my family and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. When we arrived, the employee at the counter told us, “I’ll be right back.” We waited patiently for about 10 minutes or more, but no one came back to assist us. During that time, we even called out to see if someone could help us place our order, but no one responded—even though we could hear movement in the kitchen area.
