If I could give this place a 0 I WOULD! THIS HORRIBLE WORKER CLOSED THE SHOP EARLY. HE WATCHED US WALK UP TO THE DOOR AND ACTIVELY IGNORED US. WE SHOWED UO AT 12:05 AND HE HAD THE DOORS LOCKED. We drove an hour for these cookies with the hours saying they were open till 1. I am very upset and disappointed in this location and will not be coming back.
Cookies were great however I had to run through my entire apartment complex to find them. It was the equivalent of a scavenger hunt except that my own money and happiness were on the line. I would suggest double checking the address when you deliver to ensure this doesn't happen to anyone else. Thanks.
Worker was rude af for no reason. The two ice cream cookie sandwiches she made had like an entire bowl of ice cream for two small cookies. We've both ordered these before at other locations, and they've never been made so poorly. We took them straight to the car to eat and none of the ice cream was even between the cookies. There was so much unnecessary ice cream that it all just leaked through the box and started making a huge mess in the car. It was enough ice cream for about 4 sandwiches. Always loved Insomnia cookies. Great cookies open very late and always friendly people serving you. Happens to be next to Cottage Inn Pizza so that's a huge plus! Plus they have Gluten Free cookies
Went at 7:00pm on Sunday 6/1. Went inside waited 5 minutes with nobody coming to help us opened the door multiple times for the bell to go off to see if someone was in back but nobody came. I called the phone number for the location local 616 number- and this went to a call center in Florida??? And explained we are in the location with nobody in sight waiting to order, she said she will call the location to see what is going on, I heard the phone ring multiple times, I was just about to call the police to come investigate as... read more
