Ordered pickup last weekend. When we got there, the woman at the front seemed surprised about us being there for pickup. After 5 minutes of waiting she eventually informs us that the printer wasn't working and she needed to look up our order online, but otherwise does not communicate to us. We originally ordered two each of chocolate chip and double chocolate, and one each of sugar, cookies and cream, and macadamia nut. She informs us they are out of cookies and cream and macadamia nut.
