I ordered through DD. The cookies arrived 3 hours later to the minute.
This would be my third time coming to the main street location downtown Cincinnati during open business hours and the doors are locked.
First off, make sure you pay attention to the negative comments, especially about delivery. Update* Betwen going back and forth with customer service and staff about my order, i eventually contacted Doordash as they stated they had a confirmed driver. I wanted to be sure. Well, that wasn't entirely true. I HAD a driver. Apparently they couldn't find the place and so they left which is why my time kept getting pushed back.
