First off, make sure you pay attention to the negative comments, especially about delivery. If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered a dozen but never received it so I can't even speak about the cookies. This is solely based on service. I wish I would've read the reviews before placing my order. My first time at Insomnia Cookies! The staff was super friendly and helpful. My phone was not working correctly to pay for my order and the staff was very patient and understanding. I’ll definitely return and recommend this store to others! What started out as a frustrating situation due to my payment being declined turned into a good experience because of the sale associate’s kindness.
