The cookies were great the problem is I went in maybe about 10:30 they didn't close till 1:00 I wanted a 12-pack of cookies I want a peanut butter macadamia nut and snickerdoodles but they didn't have macadamia nuts or Snicker noodles and I guess they weren't going to bake anymore even though it was only 10:30 so I went ahead and got the 12-pack anyway and I asked for peanut butter cookies chocolate chip cookies and the two sugar cookies he said he had left when I got the cookies home there was only peanut butter and chocola... read more
Great cookies but terrible terrible customer service. we were not greeted and it felt like we were inconveniencing them just being in there. it was at least five minutes before our order was taken even though we were the only ones in the lobby. These cookies are not inexpensive which is not my gripe i went in knowing that but i decided to splurge a little and also add on a blondie to try for the first time which was almost $5 additional and i didn’t even receive it :/ i just feel like if they don’t want to deal with customer... read more
