Great cookies! I must say though the staff was in the back and took a minute to come upfront… she appeared to be working alone
great cookies! the staff is doing the best they can, this location seems to be ALWAYS understaffed unfortunately. I was here around 5pm on sunday, may 31st, 2026 and went to pick up an order. it wasn’t ready but i had no issue waiting. the girl working (i didn’t catch her name but she was super nice) seemed to be running the ENTIRE store by herself, she kept hopping between register and the back to take cookies out the oven when the timer went off, big props to her for holding it down and to anyone reading reviews please kno... read more
So my pickup order for 5pm wasn’t ready until 5:22pm. I get there at 4:54 pm to wait patiently to pick up and yet people who arrive AFTER me and AFTER 5pm get to order after waiting 5 minutes and leave within seconds. Make it make sense… cookies are good, staff is friendly but service and staffing needs work. This isn’t the first time that this has occurred. You also messed up my order and instead of giving us the Deluxe cookies we paid for gave us classic. Thanks for not reading our order correctly.
