Used to order here frequently but stopped because of orders being incorrect. Tried our luck again tonight ordering from insomnia and sadly we did not receive the right cookies in our order. However delicious they are, when you are expecting 1 thing and get something else, it’s disappointing. Never got contacted by anyone in management about my last complaint. Sad that I won’t be ordering from here anytime soon.
We went a little after 11pm on a Sat and they had basically nothing left. We had never been before and didn't know that they would have so little left. We were told to come around 5pm for the best selection. That kinda defeats the purpose of "late night" cookies. 6 regular cookies, nothing special was over $18. They were small, warm and decent. At least we can say we tried it once. Not impressed.
Best cookies I've ever had. Yes, they are somewhat expensive but worth every cent!!!
