I normally LOVE insomnia cookies, but my experience last night was pretty bad. I placed an order around 9:15 for a pack of 9 cookies. The order was estimated to arrive by 9:48 at the latest. A few minutes after 10:00 pm, I called to cancel the order and was cut off by the person on the phone telling me that the driver had been really busy but was on their way. Visited location in Allen ridge at 9:40 this evening. We waited in the store for an extremely long period of time with no service. One employee headed into the bathroom when we showed up and was never heard from again. The rest of them were all in the back, I know this because I could hear giggling and what sounded like a lot of fun from my position standing at the counter attempting to give this place business. This place will always be somewhere I can get cookies late at night. They really do have good quality cookies. I also believe that I can always come in my bonnet and my slippers and not be judged. service is amazing and everyone is so nice. you've got to go if you haven't.
Amazing atmosphere and kind service
Drove by and saw the place, just had to stop and find out what it was. So glad we did! These cookies are amazing and Totiana was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!!
