Was having an honestly lousy day, but Roman made it a bit better. He made a nice joke on the spot when another customer asked "do the cookies really make you fall asleep", and his overall demeanor is a refreshing change from typical employees. The flavor of the cookie is pretty good too. EDIT: It seems others have posted about Roman, or "bald gentlemen with glasses is absolutely wonderful." And I agree with the sentiment.
Cookies great icecream great but customer service sucks everyone is so rude every time i come in and im genuinely asking hows there day.
Very Rudy and short sometimes they won’t even pack it properly they’ll just send you off cold cookie with ice cream on a plate no container no thank you nothing

I had a great experience! Guy Roman provided amazing customer service from the moment I walked in. He was welcoming, friendly, and brought nothing but positive vibes. The cookies were absolutely immaculate—fresh, delicious, and definitely worth the visit. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back again!
