I’m extremely disappointed because I actually come to this Insomnia Cookies location frequently. I only ever order one thing — the double chocolate chunk cookie. That’s it. It’s the only reason I come. For the fourth time now, I was told they were “out” of double chocolate chunk cookies. Customer service is horrible. Disgusting attitude. Kicked us out for more than 6 people when we were in line. Then allowed more than 6 for the people behind us to cut for pick up order. Will never be back. Also very average cookies and ice cream. Would rather go to safeway.

I visited the Insomnia Cookies location at DOCO in Sacramento on 2/12. This was going to be our first time trying your cookies, as we do not have a location near where we live. I had been looking forward to the visit and stopped in while in the area. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. Worker treated us like trash for no reason even when we were very respectful and understanding of the shortage of cookies. Dismissive, annoyed, most gtfo of my face personality I have encountered from a service worker and I’ve worked and been at many food spots. Oh and just FYI i’m 21, not a mad at the world 40+ year old. Cookies were lame also.
