I’ve been to this Insomnia Cookies location twice now, and unfortunately, both visits were disappointing. Each time, I encountered the same employee who seemed annoyed from the moment we walked in. (It appears to be a Trans worker) They were unfriendly, unhelpful, and acted like we were an inconvenience just for being there. No greeting, no patience…. just a bad attitude all around. This is my first time with INSOMNIA...I liked the oatmeal walnut choco chip, my daughter liked the birthday cookies. Not happy with SALTED CARAMEL tho. And I had to RE WARM the cookies....it was not a Warm delivery
I came here a few weeks ago and the lady at the counter seemed super annoyed to be there but the cookies were good. I kinda figured it was just because it was a lil late and it was busy. I came today the same lady was behind the counter and was as equally annoyed even though the store was empty. There was a guy there who was nice though.
