I order a six pack of cookies from DoorDash and they said it would take 55 mins, and I didn’t want to wait that long, but they wouldn’t give me a refund so I waited the time. Afterward, they didn’t arrive after an hour so I called the store and they told me there was nothing they could do and to keep waiting, this is ridiculous.
Best place on earth after the bar
This place is a disaster. There was one very rushed, over worked young man attempting to hold down the entire front of the store on a Sunday evening at 7pm. I felt so bad for him. He was very sweet, polite, and as helpful and good to the guests as one can be when you have 9 people waiting to order and 4 people waiting for pick up and the door is still opening!
