The employee Jake was very helpful and also very handsome. I would go there just to see him and maybe grab a late night snack
just ordered from this store through uber eats. they skimp and barely pack ice cream in the cup. i’ve ordered from here vs nyc stores and whenever i order ice cream, it’s always at least 80% full. they leave so much space around each scoop to minimize how much you get. order from mcdonald’s or somewhere else if you want ice cream late at night. def not worth the money
I use to love this place until a new manager was put in place. I was told my order was marked delivered incorrectly and that it would be arriving soon, after waiting another 30 mins I called again and the manager was SO RUDE as if this was my fault and told me my order was delivered, even after she just told me it was marked incorrectly but I told her I have cameras on my porch and nothing arrived. This place is Still my favorite cookie spot in the New Haven area. Just stopped by recently to grab a free classic chocolate chip cookie. Also purchased a rainbow chip cookie too. Staff was friendly and helpful. Amazing cookies here! They basically melt in your mouth. Cookies are warm, soft and delicious. The visit before this I ordered the salted Carmel deluxe cookie and 2 different seasonal favorites which was a jelly filled donut cookie and jingle-bread cheesecake filled cookie. All cookies were delicious!
