As a regular customer who always loves the cookies and service I receive, my experience recently really surprised me when my friend and I went. The man working the front was rude to us both because we didn’t realize the shop was about to close. The lights were on, door unlocked and there was no sign on the it so we walked in, surprised by the wet floors.
