Paid for two scoops but got less than half-scoop portions. I visit other Insomnia Cookies stores and they never serve this little. First time at this branch and very disappointed
Everytime I order delivery for us there is cookies missing, what's up with that? Do the drivers eat them or something? I tried to leave a generous tip on the Instacart App (where I ordered from) and still they took some of our cookies. It's way too expensive for people to be stealing these cookies.
Trying to find parking in a busy school day was not the best, but eventually I did find parking. Once entering, the staff was very friendly and nice and fast service. My favorite cookies were def the cookies and cream.
