Great cookies, had to wait about 10 minutes for some of our cookies to come out of the oven, but that was ok, service was great.
I walked into Insomnia to get a few cookies and the customer service was amazing. The young lady there, Ryan, was extremely helpful with explaining to me the different cookie options. She was very knowledgeable and well-spoken. Best Insomnia I have been to just based off the customer service.
The experience was efficient, service was excellent, and the staff was beyond helpful and providing a wonderful experience for our family. Will definitely visit again 😊
