WOW!! I happened to pass by the place not even thinking of having a cookie but there she was Mrs. Taryn and a young man behind the counter working on some cookies and I told my buddy brother we have to go inside I have a feeling those cookies are on point! I’d like to think I’m a cookie connoisseur so I’ve had my fair share traveling around the states and can easily say, Insomnia cookies were very good. Rich, soft and chewy with a light crispy edge - just delicious. Thanks, Taryn! We’ll be back soooooon🙌
We were in St. Louis for work and stopped into insomnia cookies. Taryn was absolutely delightful and answered all of our ridiculous questions. The cookies were delicious and I am looking forward to returning at some point this week. Thank you Taryn and the team. I would give 10 stars if I could.
Wonderful ladies working on the Sunday night we went in (3/23/25). The ice cream was amazing and will definitely go back whenever we are in town.
