Sometimes you get edible cookies. They're overpriced for what you get. Terrible delivery service. One time we ordered the delivery driver expected me to wander around outside in the dark to find him, bc he couldn't find my house. It's honestly not hard to find. He eventually found my house but didn't even get out of his vehicle to deliver the food, just handed it through the window. Another time we waited well over an hour. I think 2 stars is generous actually. First time and last time customer - Ordered online - got to the store at my pick up time. Order hadn't been started. Didn't have half of what I ordered - told me it would be at least 40 minutes if I wanted what I ordered.. Settled for something else - for the price I was expecting Crumbl quality or at least sizing, not even close. ordered a Diet Coke - employee told me they don't even sell it, received a chocolate milk which was a dollar cheaper than the DC, Ok I guess. Always great tasting cookies at any Insomnia Cookies place. Staff is always friendly as well! They have a decent selection of ice creams that are complimentary to the cookie flavors, too.
Terrible terrible… the napoleon dynamite looking guy behind the counter must not do anything all day. Just a baked blank stare.. was Out of ALL cookies ordered. Makes everyone wait “20” mins for them. 20 turns into 30.. 30 - 40… don’t come here if you can avoid it. Cookies taste terrible too. Overpriced ridiculous.
