Always great tasting cookies at any Insomnia Cookies place. Staff is always friendly as well! They have a decent selection of ice creams that are complimentary to the cookie flavors, too.
Terrible terrible… the napoleon dynamite looking guy behind the counter must not do anything all day. Just a baked blank stare.. was Out of ALL cookies ordered. Makes everyone wait “20” mins for them. 20 turns into 30.. 30 - 40… don’t come here if you can avoid it. Cookies taste terrible too. Overpriced ridiculous.
I ordered four Deluxe Cookies. The employee had to make two of the cookies fresh, and those were served warm as expected. However, the other two cookies were handed to me completely cold. For a product that’s advertised as warm, fresh, and premium, this was disappointing. The inconsistency made me question how the cookies were being handled in the back.
