Cookies are good, just wish their ice cream was better. Not very creamy, tasted watery.
Personally, this should be the only reason that I don’t shop here again. I paid a tip via DoorDash and then I get this.. ON THE BOX!!??? This is extremely rude and unprofessional for someone who paid a tip already. The next time I ordered something from here it was cold cookies and I didn’t even have my ice cream with the order. You guys really fell off and it hurts actually because I loved ordering here…until now.
The manager at the Kent store is AMAZING. She is helpful, hard working, friendly and will go out of her way for a customer or her staff
The zoning committee needs to allot more space for people to stand in here. I feel cooped.
