With the semester about to begin, I was really looking forward to being back in Kent and stop by one of my favorite late night spots in the area. I was incredibly disappointed to find out how downhill this location has gone, and in seemingly no time at all. It was not nearly this bad at the start of the Summer. Great bakery style cookies, delicious. Some variety. A little pricey. Good service. Cookies came in a bakery box.
I speedy excellent service, the cookies were soft and fresh.
Gotta say this place really went downhill since Michael left. Really bad service, everyone’s just kind of sleepwalking. 100% a morale thing… it’s a shame this was my favorite place
Once new management came in the store did a whole 180! It’s things I notice when I’m in there. Employees are more respectful and it’s more cleaner than it was before
