Amazing service amazing hot cookies!!! The ice cream with vanilla beans in it!!! Guy working there Andrew extremely nice and helpful! Had gluten free vegan options for my weird friend!! Love the place will be back as soon as possible!
This place is pretty good, cookies were amazing the brownies were so-so, hence the 4 star. Still I recommend this place especially if your looking for something late at night to snack on.
The new management has really changed this place, and if you’re an OG customer, you probably know exactly what I mean. It seems like employee morale isn’t what it used to be, and the newer staff could definitely benefit from better training. On one visit, I noticed cookies sitting on the counter where money and boxes are handled, which was very unsanitary and concerning. Situations like that shouldn’t be happening.
