Over 40 minutes wait time to get a deluxe 4-pack of cookies plus they did not even have any season cookies available yet they advertise it I'd be embarrassed because it doesn't seem like they can handle the workload of the amount of business that comes through this place that is unacceptable as far as wait time
Dude at the front counter with long hair was rude and unhelpful, girl with red hair in the back was on facetime with someone instead of doing work, took 20+ to get order.
Why give a time if not ready at time requested. I love their cookies but that makes me upset
