Takes awhile to get orders, don't seem to be very organized to get the orders out at a good time but friendly employees and clean store

We’ve always had a great experience with Insomnia’s delivery, but my husband and I had the worst time with the driver last night. It took forever to get our cookies. At first, it was because they were still in the process of baking some of the items we ordered which was totally fine and understandable and didn’t add too much time onto our order. Insomnia cookies are nasty and I won’t be returning ever I’ve given them chance after chance to make things right and nothing has changed it’s still awful i always get a bad batch of cookies
