Made an online order to be delivered for my sisters birthday. Paid extra for a birthday box. The cookies arrived not in a birthday box, and not with 12 cookies. I called the store to make the complaint and was told by the gentleman on the phone I would receive a refund. I asked for his name, and he told me he couldn’t give his name, and that a manger was not on sight at the store.
