Stopped by the Highlands location around 1 AM. The cookies, brownie, and ice cream were all super fresh, warm, and really delicious! However, almost nothing was ready for a quick grab-and-go and everything required a 6 to 10+ minute wait. Normally I don't mind waiting for fresh cookies, but being stuck waiting in a tiny lobby late at night with a loudly screaming kid made what should have been a quick in-and-out trip a bit chaotic.
