Cookies are a bit pricey but customer service is great from what I’ve experienced. The cookies are well made and taste good.
Terrible experience with late night order and delivery. Cookies were hard and cold, worst insomnia cookies I've ever had. The driver whom delivered my cookies did not follow drop off instructions. Definitely didn't deserve a tip.
Staff is always nice. Cookies tend to be crunchy 🙇
I love this place, warm welcoming staff and amazing cookies. They’re always friendly when I come in and I had a postmates delivery order stolen from the driver (boooo Samuel you suck) and when I called insomnia they sent a replacement. Best cookies in town too 🤩 yum
