Very poor customer service. Went today for the first time and the lady was very rude and didn’t show customer service to any of the customers. Was told that she couldn’t take a bill larger than a 50, which she claim was a sign up but wasn’t.. so I placed an order through the website because I had left my card outside. Went here because I wanted to try something other than Crumbl. I was also home for Thanksgiving, so I figured I'd try something new. I can definitely say the demand was there. I only saw the one girl working up front. However, I waited for my cookie and ice cream, and I can say I wish we had one of these in Georgia. I went with a red velvet cookie. I forgot what ice cream I got but 10/10 would try again.
