I have order from this restaurant twice and they kept on delivering it to the wrong address. I called them about this and they said that they will remake my order and deliver it to me at the "right" address. I told them the direction of my house to make sure they delivered it to the right place. Best cookies in town!
Thanks for even being here! Coming from Jax where there’s 3 (s/o Southside Blvd.) This location is kinda hard to get to but I made it lol. Cookies were fresh and warm. Great customer service upon arrival.
Had I looked into the reviews, I would have stopped ordering. The best part are the cookies… they are great. The worst part… customer service. Spoke to a kid in the counter and he can barely string a coherent sentence. When asked about the reason for an hour and 15 minute delay for 2 cookies, he says " well, its not the number of cookies that changes the delivery time ..." are you serious?? I had to ask for a refund because the quality was going to be dirt by the time it arrives to me. Not sure if they will get my money.
You make an online order you get the wrong cookies you make a DoorDash order you get the wrong cookies and then the cookies come hard as a rock so there’s really no point in coming here.
