From my first time entering Insomnia Cookies and beyond, Keenan has always set the bar for customer service. Very kind and thoughtful personality, great at recommending ice cream flavors, and never lets a cookie go unloved. Whether it’s a latenight craving or a quick sugar fix, Keenan’s got the kind of energy that makes the whole place feel like a comfort zone.
Great location, very friendly staff, and the cookies are delicious
Nathan was extremely accommodating to our gluten free diet. 12/10 service at 11pm on a Saturday!!
