I absolutely love coming to Insomnia Cookies! The customer service is always amazing, especially from Tyson.S who helps me every time I go. He’s so kind, welcoming, and genuinely friendly. He always helps me pick out cookies, and his recommendations are always a hit. You can tell he really cares about making sure you leave happy. It honestly makes the whole experience even better. Definitely would recommend this place to eveyone ! Thank you
I was craving a red velvet cookie and luckily Insomnia had some. The reviews here are very mixed but I would say the service was quick and friendly when we came. The cookies are actually delicious, I was even saying they were better than another cookie shop we usually go to. The red velvet was exactly how I expected it to taste and would come back to get some more. Locals and York students got a sweet spot! Came in a little pizza like box. An impeccable classic chocolate chip was my favourite, surprising flavours of the double chocolate which they recommended, and the gingerbread cookie special was ok. Edit- One thing was the consistency, looked like the cookies were not the same as you see the one cookie is so much smaller for the same prices. It looks like they are also big on cookie deliveries. The cookies are worth trying and definitely deserves a visit if you’re nearby!
