Placed an online order for a deluxe 6pack plus a pint of ice-cream. I received the 6pack but no pint. Ngl this order was a waste of money because the cookies and brownies were to hard and I low key needed the ice to soften them up.
The cookies are great, but the employee they have working there is the most arrogant rude piece of work I’ve ever seen she needs to work on a farm not with the public
Don’t waste your money. $3-4 per cookie for something that looks and tastes like my 10 yr old’s “first batch”. Felt robbed!
Recently passed by after a trip to Boston from New Hampshire. The employee working on 05/04 around 830pm was so rude and arrogant. Not interested in working, not interested in taking orders. I ordered a deluxe cookie with scoop of ice cream and jimmies she proceeds to tell me they don’t have jimmies they have sprinkles.. ok I’ll take “ sprinkles “ .. the cookie was NOT warm maybe a tiny bit hot.
