Placed a huge order. Called them and spoke to the woman who worked there. Told her I might be late picking them up and she said that’s fine, they hold orders until close. I got to the store 1/2 hour after pickup time and they were closed for lunch. I called corporate and she said they tossed and refunded my order for being “severely late”. Why did I give them my number if they didn’t even try to call me?? I think she was just mad about having to make gluten free cookies.

Estelle is a real Gem!! Reading the review below definitely is not her. She is always with high energy and always welcoming every single time I come in to this location or have an issue when I have a delivery. The problem is a lot of customers feel so entitled when it is just cookies and ice cream not some fancy restaurants and they take it way too serious. I have not ever had no issue with her and I have been visiting this location for over a year now!!! She is well deserving of her role in your company!!
