We went to this location and received cookies that were super hard, we were not given a receipt, the employee was rude he barley spoke to us, and if he did you could barley hear him, they were out of some cookies, and he combined the vegan cookies with the non vegan cookies.
Went to insomnia cookies last night for my 42nd birthday. First time trying it was a great experience. Tray was very knowledgeable about the cookies. He was very hands-on and very willing to help. I love his professionalism and his demeanor. I will be back. I would love to continue to see Tray at the front counter. Thanks Tray for my wonderful experience and a friendly smile. It was very clean and very well organized. Continue the good work.
Do not get delivered.... I wish I could tell you if it was good or not but I got a giant mess and had to throw it all out....update they have fixed the situation very quickly may be worth a second visit
The cookies are delicious but why are the employees so freaking miserable? What are you paying them if we are paying $5 per cookie? Literally your employees look completely brain dead.
