took 2 hours to deliver and got my order wrong. + knocked on my door at midnight when it was a contactless delivery. atleast i got a refund
I’m not a sweets person but wanted to try them out. It was so clean inside, easy ordering, quick service. These cookies though soft, warm, melt in your mouth like butta OMG! If you love sweets this is the spot for you. Very Good.
I took my boyfriend here for a late night birthday treat. We were told our order would take 15 minutes to fulfill so they could cook more deluxe cookies. No problem. We sat in the store for 40 minutes with no updates. I finally went to the counter to check on things. We were told they “got distracted” despite the fact that we were literally the only ones there. Distracted with what??? Very disappointed with our service and the overbaked cookies we eventually received.
