I’m really disappointed with the service at this Insomnia Cookies location. My group and I walked in and stood at the counter for about five to ten minutes, and although multiple employees looked at us through the kitchen door several times, no one came out to greet us or take our order. We eventually had to open the kitchen door ourselves just to ask if they were even open. If I could give zero stars, I would. My sister-in-law wanted to get a cookie from Insomnia cookies, and I was interested in seeing what they had to offer, as I had never been there before. There was no one at the counter when we walked in. I could see a man in the back, sitting with his feet up reading a book. After two more people walked in.
