Worst experience ever. They claimed to be open until 3 AM, but both times we visited they turned us away. The first time (around 2:30 AM) they said their scoops were in the dishwasher. The second time, on 10/12/25, they said all flavors were available at 2:20 AM, but when we arrived shortly after, they had already closed everything before the actual closing time.
Not sure why people give any bad reviews.. my first time going here and couldn’t be any happier with the service. The guy was nice, helped me with my rewards app & any questions I had, plus recommendations. I would have taken a picture of my order, but I ate my cookie & ice cream so fast it was delicious. I got the double chocolate chunk classic cookie (AMAZING) peanut butter tracks ice cream in a cup. Mixed the 2 together- SO GOOD! Also got the chocolate PB deluxe cookie. Amazing all around. Will definitely be back.
